Smoked Duck - Duck breast placed on top of mixed greens, served with a creamy mix of avocado, zucchini, onion and sour crème. Drizzled with ginger dressing.
Blue Marlin - From the pacific ocean, 6 oz, grilled and served with a corn and sambal oelek sauce and roasted root vegetables.
Spanakopita - A vegetarian delight. Spinach, feta cheese, mushrooms and vegetables wrapped in filo pastry, served with saffron rice and garden salad.
Swedish Meatballs - Served the classic way; homemade meatballs, mashed potatoes, gravy and sweetened cranberries.
Pork Tenderloin Medallions - Served with quesadilla potatoes, mixed mushroom sauce and mini zucchinis.
New Zealand Rack of Lamb - With a herb and Dijon crust, served with mixed sautéed vegetables, roasted baby reds, an Asian BBQ sauce and topped with a tomato mango salsa.
